Former Coronation Street star Ken Morley has been kicked out of the Celebrity Big Brother house for using 'unacceptable and offensive language'.

In a statement released to MailOnline on Monday afternoon, Channel 5 bosses announced the 71-year-old actor had lost his place on the reality show less than a week into the current series.

Ken's ejection from the house comes just two days after co-star Jeremy Jackson was asked to leave following an incident involving model Chloe Goodman.
