EE Speedtest too good to be true ?
On a few occasions recently I have done a speedtest on EE with my iPhone 6 and got about 80 Mbits download. Can I really believe this ?

Yes.
You can theoretically get up to 300Mbps on EE. Max you'll likely see is around 150Mbps. In fact some have already seen near enough https://www.dropbox.com/s/fv0wj69nlp...40meg.png?dl=0 |

Is it any wonder then that networks are either capping or not allowing tethering |

Max you'll likely see is around 150Mbps. 300Mbps is only in London and only with a couple of Samsung handsets. |

With an iPhone6, the OP wouldn't be able to get anything above 150Mbps.
300Mbps is only in London and only with a couple of Samsung handsets. Theoretically.... |
