Cheggers is just another z-lister as far as i'm concerned. A nice enough person but still a z-lister.

Don't know if he is National Treasure or not, but he seems like a thoroughly nice chap, compared to some of the other HMs.

No- when I think of a National Treasure I think of; The Queen, David Attenborough, Ronnie Corbett, Louis Walsh, Katie Hopkins etc
