Blaupunkt 40/148Z-GB-5B2-FGKU TV
I bought one of these Blaupunkt TV's at Tesco Extra in Risca, on a Boxing Day sale for £179, they were on offer for £300 before that, Tesco sold about 6 pallet loads of them, I think it gives a great picture and sound especially via it's built in Freeview HD tuner, My BT Vision box and Sky HD. I hooked it up to my Tevion HDSR 420 and the HD channels on Hotbird 13 East, show up lovely. Also the pictures via Scart are very good too.
Did anyone buy one and what did you think of it? |

I suspect they sold loads as it's what was being featured on the news during Black Friday wasn't it? - people losing all sense and reason fighting for cheap flat screen TVs
![]() These are made by UMC who have bought the rights to use the name (they' ve also done a deal with Sharp). |

I saw a lot of Polaroid tvs on the news on black friday. I hope the retailers will see sense and not repeat it. Let the Americans keep it.

I bought a TV but got a sony 42w706 at £450.
Though a Blaupunkt would be fine kids TV or bedroom set. Would defo still have a use. Good its actual Freeview HD to. |
