Roku Box
I was wondering if anyone on here owns one and if so could tell me how good they are and how easy to use they are.

Would 122 individual people all replying "no" have been in any way helpful? As it happens, I do have one. Yes, it works as intended and yes, it's easy to use. |

I have a Roku 3, it works very well and I am happy with it. The only service that I would be interested in that is not on the Roku is Amazon Prime Video.

Did it occur to you that nobody who's looked at this thread has one?

I've got one. I only use it for iplayer, ITV player, 4OD, demand 5 and Facebook. It does what I need.
Output is 720p 60. |

Got a Roku 3 and 2XS, work well with streaming ripped movies from a networked drive, streaming films from Google, Flixster and Now TV. Also used for catchup on BBc, itv, ch4 and 5.

To be honest I would go for the Roku 2 over the Roku 3. Apart from gaming (which from judging from my Roku Stick is rubbish), It really offers little over the the 2. Or if you want to cast go for the Stick. Last edited by Rossby41 : 15-01-2015 at 14:34. Reason: Spelling |
