Has anyone tried these and what are they like? Do they have any side effects?

Had them many times, found them to be quite useful when dieting. What are they like? Tasteless and bouncy, a bit like eating a rubber band.

Side effects? Not sure what you mean, but I nearly choked to death when trying to chew them and nothing happened.

I don't mind them, just cut them into small pieces and add lots of soya sauce
