Sugars aren't great. Oily fish, avocado etc are supposed to be beneficial. But you can't beat good old fashioned water to help your skin.

looks like I'll be peeing a lot during the coming days (goes off to refill me water jug)
- have cut out bread and dairy (cheese cake too ), crisps and pringles (darn it), packed away the deep fat fryer. Hopefully rice and potatoes are ok otherwise I'm screwed.

are you on a diet or just eating healthy for nice skin etc ?

Yes, rice is good, brown, but i not keen on brown rice..Jacket potatoes are good, and the skin on them..Have you got a juicer ? to make fresh juices with all fruit ( and veg)..

I don't have any dairy stuff i on soya stuff, soya milk etc is also good for you, if you fancy trying it

Guess I'm cutting out bacon too, joining donuts on the don't-eat list. Down to just cadbury twirls on my comfort food list, until some says chocolate is bad for your skin too.
