No, he's not (in my opinion).

Right, he's funny, speaks his mind, enthusiastic, happy, truthful, generally trying to help.

Do you not feel the tiniest bit of sympathy for him?! All he tried to do was give us a good show and he suceeded. Then, I think, he realised that it wouldn't help make other people happy so he's trying to make it all good again. I know what its like to keep messing everything up by accident and I believe that's what he's doing. And when he apologises, people say "it's fine" and hug or whatever but then they completely go behind his back and slag him off again! The whole house is ganging up against him and all he's doing is trying to get things rights. Well that's what I think, anyway.

Sorry but that's just my opinion.

Please let's get Perez out as soon as possible.

Perez is worldwide but Katie is a local. Katie's brand of nonsense doesn't reach us here in New York. Perez was trying to tell Michele all about Katie just yesterday and Michele rightly IMO told him she'd make up her own mind.

You have to admit Katie has been a shadow of her bitter mean media self.

You both see what you want to see. I see her being nice because Katie is being nice. Katie is like a rude drag queen, so Michelle feels comfortable around her and Katie is making her laugh. She doesn't want to start drama with the one person in the house she can talk to when there's enough going around without her stirring the pot.

Michelle has ZERO problems with calling someone out, friend or not, when she feels the need, if and when Katie finally grows a backbone and starts giving those opinions shes supposedly famous for.
When that happens she WILL have a moment with Katie, that much I can promise you. I'd place bets on it.

This is actually how Im expecting the row with her and Michelle to eventually happen.
Katie will talk shit about Michelle behind her back, Michelle will find out, she wont even hesitate to confront her on it, and BAM, it'll all hit the fan.

Michelle has made it clear on several occasions that she is well aware of who Katie is and her antics (In the diary room ... when Katie was on the exorcise bike etc).

Now unlike with Katie, Michele would be totally clued into the nasty side of Perez and some of the damage if not all that he's done in his career. So just the fact that Perez is being so negative about Katie would draw Michele closer. As in if he doesn't like her she mustn't be that bad. Honestly, Katie is totally unknown here, totally utterly. I doubt she's known outside of the UK. There is no reason for Michele's friendship with Katie to be spun the way you are doing. So far she likes her, she's only just met her and quite frankly Katie has morphed into Damp Squid on CBB. She was way more Katie on Apprentice than she is on CBB.

Katie could be seen as sucking up to Michele because she's watching what she comments on and looks to Michele for approval when she makes her comments.

Same here. So much prefer Perez to Katie.

I think they're bad as each other in some ways like being annoying and at times unbearable to take, but the difference is Perez is unintentionally hilarious and i don't think Perez is as truly mean underneath it all as Katie, also Perez's arrogance or self absorption is more tolerable than Katie's in my opinion because it appears to come from a more vulnerable core.

It's mainly Perez's loudness that's hard to take for me, but the last few episodes he hasn't been as loud as previously and so it's been easier to watch. Well, he became loud again when he was crowned king.

Agreed. And Michelle is definitely aware of who Katie is and has spoken on twitter before against her. I'm kind of disappointed she hasn't taken her to task a bit, being the 'protector' and all. I do think she is slightly intimidated by her.

Indeed, Michelle has been rather disappointing. I think she's simply content with being at a safe place within the group dynamic.
