Thanks, seldom go into music as it's mostly modern music and I have never heard of them

Bend it, bend it, just a little bit
And take it easy, show you're likin' it
And lover, you know that we're gonna hit
The heights cause I'm sure that we're made to fit
Together just like pieces of a
Jigsaw puzzle, what's the hustle

Bend it, bend it, just a little bit
And take it easy, show you're likin' it
And ahhh... Show me now, yeah that's right
Ah, oh yeah, yeah that's right
C'mon now, right right right

I still think the 60s pop music will never be surpassed. It was brilliant. Radio luxenburg , and Caroline. I get quite nostalgic at the passing of these guys.

The 70s were quite diverse as well and had a little bit of everything. Even the yearly 80s had some good stuff - but boy did it nose-dive after that.

Seems that the massive music explosion started in the 60s, carried on through the 70s but fizzled out in the 80s.

We haven't had any massive innovation after that. All much of the same blandness.

I do agree, but the 60s and my youth and it was all so revolutionary at the time.
Mary Quant , mini skirts , psychedelic colours and music.
The Beegees played everywhere. it was wonderful and a bit scary.

All these 60s people dropping off the perch, about the same age as me, gets quite worrying.
