I use this recipe:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/st..._pudding_33586 This year I made it for Christmas Day instead of a traditional pudding. It served six and was delicious. I made it well in advance and froze it - it freezes perfectly. |

My one or your one?
![]() . I haven't properly compared the two recipes but I used the one I linked to, it's quite an old recipe of his I think because I made it ages ago, but I know he made one recently on Saturday Kitchen - so whether he's updated it since I don't know.Anyway, that boy knows how to make a sticky toffee pud, that's for sure!

I haven't properly compared the two recipes .............
Dates 175g 400g Flour 175g 400g Eggs 2 4 Sugar 150g 350g Butter 50g 115g A huge, difference - more than double - yet the first serves 6, the second serves 4-6

I tried this one last night using Sainsbury's Taste the Difference chocolate muffins and it was very quick and tasty. Added walnuts instead of sultanas.
