11 blinks could be referring to the Fan SOS PB Board, that's what it refers to for many models but not specifically yours - I'd ring Panasonic for confirmation.

I doubt panasonic Customer service would know, they would generally just point you in the direction of a local repair angent.

You ask for their technical support department.

You ask for their technical support department.
And they ask for your account number

This is assuming of course that it's even in the same building, or that customer support would even know the number for technical support (no reason they need to know, as it's almost certainly dealer only).

What are you on about?

You call 0844 844 3899 and ask for technical support. I actually called them on Friday regarding the 65AX902 4k TV.

Technical support yes, not out of warranty part advice, they will not send me the part I need or even guess which part it is , they can't , it's against health and safety guidelines,

They will only point me in the direction of an authorised agent, they will probably confirm over the phone that it needs a new board , but they won't send one out, they can't by law.

I just need to confirm if it's the main PSU board so I can go on flea bay and buy one for a Tenner and replace it.

That would be EXTREMELY rare, what kind of 'technical advice' did they give you - I suspect you were only talking to a CS, not an engineer in technical.

What do you mean " extremely rare"? I've contacted their tech team on numerous occasions, as I have Denon, Onkyo (Genserve), Pioneer, Optoma.

The call on Friday was in connection to their Remote 2 app and calibration, the question was answered by a guy in technical support.
