Will Michelle (voice of the gay community) have a go at Alexander for his remarks?

I guarantee no one will pull Alexander up on his homophobic remarks towards Perez.
Michelle goes on and on how she is the voice of the gay community and how Perez has damaged what she has fought for 50 years for equal rights but will not pull Alex up on his words

Good point. It will be interesting to see what (if anything) she has to say about that.

Michelle will say it was a wrong choice of words however I doubt she will rant and rave about it, like she did when Perez was prancing in the garden, or when Ken owned up to Liking womens asses

So many Double standards in that house!! Ken "Says" the word negro in conversation and gets booted out, Alexandra "calls" a gay man an Ass Faggot and gets a warning.

Both IMO are as bad as eachother and any form or racial or homophobic behaviour warrants the same treatment. I'm sure Alexandra could have chosen a billion other word's to call Perez, non of it is excusable from grown adults.

If she would then people would complain that she has no right to do so as she is a straight woman.

True but Ken said it twice. Im sure if Alexander says it again he'll go. Not really double standards as much as just standards.

I also think BB will realise that although Alex shouldn't have said what he did, there was a lot of provocation whereas Ken's comments were part of a normal conversation and came out of the blue

Yup. And Ken didn't just say the word, he talked about putting a 'big fat Negro' on a fire, gesturing at Alex.

I understand that in common terms but it shouldn't be in his armory of attack words. I would have more understood a punch than that. At least a punch is a universal response to an irritant. Hell even the Pope would approve of that response!

Oh believe me, I'd love someone to deck Perez. As Eammon Holmes said last night on BOTS 'sometimes, violence is the only answer'

Why on earth can't people write or say his name properly?

I think Alexander is too revered to be confronted by the others. He's made 2 or 3 off-colour remarks and pees on the toilet floor, but they make allowances for him that they wouldn't make for others.

Couldn't agree more. It's bizarre that people don't know that AlexandRA is a female name.

he did not, that is a bold faced lie. Katie and ken were having a chat about how the sausages werent cooking properly in the oven, it seemed to be not working properly.

Alex cooks, as he went rushing by to get to the kitchen Ken jokingly says THats what we need. A big fat Neg...to work the Oven! then they all kinda smiled at each other.

sorry but i get sooo pizzed off reading Fake quotes from the house and deliberately out of context quotes.

the real clincher is that Negro is an acceptable word used in many contexts NOT Derogitory or offensive unless USED in that context.

however, there is no country in the entire world in which Azz faggot is considered a benign word, a non inflammatory word.

its a homophobic slur, but ken using the words Negro Rhythms, as a description of Negro rhythms, is spun to mean 'racist'.

I'd be happy to practice some violence on Eammon Holmes. Haven't the foggiest who he is, but I thought he came across like a real prat on BOTS.

Michelle jumped straight up and told Alex not to say another word, so yes. He was completely out of order for using that word, but man, did he have provocation. I have gone from enjoying Perez last night, to loathing him tonight.

Two things:

1) it wasn't 'ass faggot'. Ass and faggot didn't go together, silly and ass did. No more than bitch ass fool or dumb ass kid.

2) Ken used the word negro in the following context:

Ken (using a cod redneck accent): "What I need to get the ovens going is a nice, big fat Negro. Hey looky here"

So yeah doing a Klansman impression talking about using a big fat negro as fuel kind of feels racist to me. About as racist a joke as you can get really.

Perez wanted that to happen! so it's not the same.
