It results from last night on live feed. Just before it ended it showed Perez talking to the cameras about what he was going to do to irritate. He went from his end of the room to Alex bed and started coughing extremely loudly. The feed showed a startled Alex getting upset asking Perez why he had come to that end of the room to start coughing. The debacle woke the whole house and Alex knew Perez had done it deliberately to him so he isn't too pleased (in a nutshell)
