It's an act. He is famous for winding up people, getting to them and making them react. I think though he didn't expect others to verbally have a go and stand together. In time it will effect him and he will push himself to far. He's knows for his tears, drama, attention seeking behaviour. He got rich through all of this. Only issue is, he goes to far, to personal and is messing with peoples emotions which now he is suffering the impact. He can dish it out but can't take it.

perez knew about the murder attempt, i think he did really well NOT spreading the info around the house.
BUT saying he didnt feel safe , without explanation, has most bb fans misled that it was groundless.
I think most of us would be walking on eggshells with a drunk drug addict volatile temper in the house with us. Especially when perez likely wrote shtt about jeremy on his blog

I can't tell if it's all an act and part of his game plan, or if he is having an actual breakdown. Either way, he needs to go. While some of it has been funny, I find it more cringe-worthy and tiresome to watch now. We really do need a bit of fun and lightness in that house, far too intense for too long.
