Where did it all start?

Okay so I know Katie didnt like Perez from the start because he's loud. She used to like Nadia but since Nadia doesn't like her she's gone off. She called Alicia dumb etc.

Michelle has a personal problem with Perez as he wrote something about her.

Cami just joined in because she was bored. Then was mean to Alicia thinking after that they could still be friends. Alicia wasn't having any of it so Cami hated her even more. Chloes gone. Camis turned into a mouse.

Alexander- was boring since the start. Has decided to make some noise and join some teams.

Calums trying to fit in somewhere...

Kav's just lost and doesn't like any of them...he just wants to know about the outside worlds from Katie

Patsy gets a headache every time she sees someone argue and doesn't want to get involved. She's scared what everyone else particularly Team Katie will think if she admits she likes Perez like last time....

I was just thinking a while ago, "what exactly did Perez do that FIRST annoyed them?". I can't remember

I think the first thing they were shown complaining about was the high volume of his voice.

Perez took it upon himself to greet each new HM by name as they entered the House. He offered them each something to drink and introduced them to the other HM's. This was immediately unnerving as some didn't know who he was (though he clearly knew them).

He was vocal about his wariness of Jeremy which was also unnerving for (the majority of) the HM's who didn't know his (Jeremy's) backstory, made worse by the fact that Perez merely alluded to troubled waters, leaving the unsaid running through everyone's mind. Add to this his over bearing and loud nature, he marked himself out as 'one to watch'.

In addition to this, he went straight in on the first evening by asking extremely personal questions (journalist mode - his words) before everyone had recovered from their respective entrances/nerves/anxiety etc. It felt like it was his house and they were merely guests, setting the scene up nicely to where we are today.

Finally, (still on the opening evening) he played to the fact that he took no prisoners on his blog (or in real life) and that he could/would go toe-to-toe with Hopkins. He even told her they were very similar but he'd grown up and was less vitriolic as he was now a parent (yup, this is all within the first hour!). I believe that his current persona (wind-up, cry, sulk - wash, rinse, repeat hourly) is so diametrically opposed to how he first presented (razor sharp king of wit and celebrity put-downs) is why it's now open season on him by almost everyone. A keyboard warrior who wilts in the face of real face-to-face comeback.

Big Brother then revealed that The Mirror (Katie) had nominated Chloe and Alexander as being the most boring (still in the first hour), which whilst nothing to with Perez, just compounded everything with emotions and now suspicions running high.

You really never get a second chance to make a first impression and Perez outdid himself.

That's just my take on it anyway.

It was a great show, a spoof on Soaps, very funny and had some really good actors/comedians on it. Billy Crystal was on it when he was fairly young.

ETA: It was written by the same woman who went on to write The Golden Girls (so google tells me )

Opened his mouth They didn't like that he seemed to take over from the moment he went into the house, he was brash, dominated the show and (initially at least) fairly funny to watch, in a car crash sort of way!

Yep, decent summary - basically saying what I was about to type but no need to now as you've said it all

He basically tried to turn the experience in to the 'Perez show' from day one, and none of the housemates wanted anything of the sort and began to fight back, one by one.

I didn't expect Perez to be this much of a nutter though - he's on some next level shit. Funny viewing.

so he didn't do anything really horrible like call Alicia thick or say her family doesn't love her….call someone a faggot….or say anything as hateful as Katie did to Perez this last episode (and broke the bunny he liked)…..yet Perez is the "villain"….. it makes no sense to me. Sure, Perez can be annoying but not cruel. He is entertaining and his antics in the garden was some of the best stuff I have seen on any CBB.

It started with the Cami argument. If gave the people who just didn't like Perez an excuse to be abusive towards him, especially the clique around Cami of Katie and Chloe who were all really nasty about him in the talent show. At that point Perez really started acting up because he was being bullied. His behaviour since is a reaction to that. And as we saw last night, the vile Katie continues to push and stir him up.
