Poor Keith, I'm a little worried...
I think the whole Perez situation and the constant stress in the house is taking it's toll on Keith and he looks like he needs a drink.
I am TT as I don't really like alcohol (I may have a small sip with lemonade at Christmas), but I stayed n a house with a narcissist/sociopath for a couple of months (not even as bad as Perez is acting) and was starting to think of turning to drink to cope as it was so unbearable, God knows how a recovering alcoholic can cope with this. I really feel sorry for him as he seems so nice, I just hope he isn't pushed over the edge here.

It think its the opposite. Watching other HMs eff up just gives you strength in the knowledge that you are doing something right.

Keith actually did something decent tonight by treating Perez the way he did, redeemed himself after laughing with Perez last night.

I'm sure if Keith felt under that much pressure he would up and leave.
He is not a prisoner there and no amount of money would be worth a relapse. I'm sure he knows what he is doing. |

It just seems to be like torture and I hate to think what this sort of thing can do to someone who has had drinking problems, |
