I don't get threads like this. You ask for people's opinion, they give it to you and then you try to justify why their opinion is wrong. Pointless thread.

You are choosing to ignore the way he has acted towards the women in the house yet again.

Its basic school ground guff..provoke provoke provoke then when the prey reacts cry and act the victim.

Its easy to say but the second you bite he loves it. He is clever and vile but hes looking to get others to walk or be booted.Katie had the right idea dont let him sleep. Passively keep waking him day and night as a tag team.

No his worse crime is choosing to have a child whilst he is obviously unstable.

It would be interesting to see a side by side list comparing vile "stuff" done/said in the house by Perez, Katie, Cami, etc…

It sounds like the worst Perez did was coughing in the middle of the night to annoy someone. Not that bad compared to what some of the others have done.

Perez's use of "cancerous" as an adjective may not have been the best choice of words but it sounds like an adjective a writer would use. It's not like he said Negro or faggot.

The entertaining housemates are often annoying (Katie, Perez, Cami, Michelle…etc). Perez can be annoying but he hasn't been vile imo. The funniest scene I have seen in CCB was Perez in the garden dancing/sexing/singing--loved how the others flipped out on him for just having fun and not harming anyone. The rest are boring so far. I have some hope for Keith and maybe Alicia.

I'm surprised at the hate Perez has generated outside the house. Sure, he is childish and annoying but he is also funny and hasn't been vile/malicious like some of the others. Probably the worst he has done was coughing since it affected others however that is nothing compared to what the mean girls did to Alicia or Katie to Perez.

Depending on the edit (lol), I may change my opinions on the housemates but that will be on future behavior and I will still remember what I have seen so far (it would take a lot to get over the mean girls actions/words).

BTW a faggot is a meatball and is openly sold in supermarkets. It's just like calling a person a dipstick which is to do with a car's engine.

The way I saw it was Perez attempting to be helpful (imo). Cami being a faux lesbian may be perceived better than her being a shrill lying bully. I think he was trying to give her suggestions on story lines that may get airtime and may be entertaining. Even if it was bad advice (or good), the intent was good imo.

Telling Chloe not to be upset was also likely said to be helpful (no other reason for him to say it). Chloe is/was relatively unknown and I assume she wants to be an actress. Isn't Jeremy connected and may have been able to help her career out? Bad advice but I think he was trying to be helpful. It's sad but both men and women have been sleeping with movie people (casting couch) for a long time. It is wrong but it may seem like practical advice from Perez's point of view. I may be wrong but I think he was trying to be helpful even if he was wrong.

bottom line: his intent seems to be good

neither of these two scenarios seem vile or malicious imo….unlike Katie and her mean girl posse.

Yay! We have a winner for the most ridiculous and offensive post in this thread.

NONE of the HM's deserve their parenting to be questioned based on how they act in the house.

In that case I'd like the Faggot and Tomato Sauce ready meal please.... I just thought I'd try one out while my car is at the garage... Yeah, it's got a dodgy dipstick.

Why not? Katie Hopkins has her parenting skills questioned all the time.

It might just be my personal approach to BB, but I find it difficult when people question how good they are as mums and dads. They are playing a character in there, even Nadia who I like won't let her guard down as she doesn't want her kids to see her upset.

I just believe once you start questioning the parents, the kids become involved and I'm a bit sensitive about that

Please correct me if I am wrong, but weren't her parenting skills called into question after articles/blogs/interviews she did where she mentioned her kids and said some questionable stuff. I didn't think her parenting skills were questioned due to her statements/behavior on CBB.

Yes I agree. It's bad form.

It was malicious. The housemates were in bed. He was stood up and was deliberately coughing when they were trying to sleep. If he was being considerate, he would have gone into another room to cough.

Joking around? It wasn't funny.
He's an attention seeking poop stirrer.

Indeed so. He could have gone into another room, but he could have also just ceased. He admitted that he was just pretending to cough to annoy the sleeping housemates.

It was very vindictive.

Ok. Here are some examples of Perez behaving in a way that makes him very unlikeable:

1. Intentionally antagonising housemates at quiet or stressful times (coughing, simulating sex etc)

2. Comparing Ken to cancer

3. Telling Cami Li to go faux lesbian for votes, at the same time, insulting the British public

4. Going OTT in his criticism of Katie H's affair, for attention

5. Making the Jeremy incident all about himself ("I'm scared for my safety!") without even considering Chloe's feelings. Again, attention seeking

6. Goading housemates, making what could potentially seen as threats (ie telling Ken he should be worried about his safety outside of the house in a DELIBERATELY vague and creepy way)

7. Asking to leave the house and demanding a lawyer, yet again for attention

8. Sitting on the kitchen counters after repeatedly being asked not to by Keith

9. Constant delusion and arrogance ("the British public love me" etc)

10. OTT crying every time he doesn't get his own way or things don't go to plan

Now, I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting, and I'm sure you're going to say that none of this makes him a bad person, but let's be honest, he has done nothing in there that makes him a good person and on the whole he is an unlikeable irritant who very few of us would want to live with.

If someone purposely woke me from sleep, I'd be very pissed off. It's has to be difficult in that house, emotionally draining, sleep would be a welcome escape, and to have that disturbed by someone purposely standing next to me coughing would send me into a rage.

The following, smirking and staring at me would also make me feel threatened. It's what you expect children to do. If a grown man did that to me I'd lose it too.

What he said to Ken, the 'worrying about your safety in the outside world' threat. Horrible. That was a pensioner he was talking to.

He's goading and provocative. I wouldn't want to be around him.

That's not to say the rest aren't as bad, they're all pretty horrible.

I think Perez came in with the intention of playing this game, he knew the HM before he went in (as in acting as host as they entered the house).

In his word he studied the rules he did his homework. But all this has gone to his head, I feel in his mind he got Jeremy and Ken thrown out of the house. Now he starts on Alex .

This blew up in his face when the chants went in the house " get Perez out". the options he as left is to carry on, keep quiet ,or leave the house sell his story to the papers and make loads of money before the others get out.

The way he acts in general. Like a spoilt kid who is gagging for attention. Trying desperately to get attention. Does that make him a bad person? I'm not sure to be honest but I do know, it makes him Incredibly irritating and irksome, for sure.

He's basically harmless and means well. Yes, he has an annoying personality, but that is a good thing on BB.

The problem is that some of the others are jumping down his throat for minor things and people are starting to feel a bit sorry for him. I can see him getting to the top 3 if not winning.

When you persist in doing something that you know is causing someone upset, its no longer a joke and could be perceived as nasty.

Really? He had already announced to the cameras that he was going to deliberately do this to annoy the other housemates and wake them up.

I would call Perez an irritant rather than a bad person but, either way, he needs to go as he is sucking the life out of the house.
