With regard to the OP, as Big Brother has stated in the DR many times in many shows, they are watching and obviously they do allow a certain amount of arguing and confrontation - if they warned everybody for every little thing, there'd be no show after all. They are expected to handle, resolve their confrontations like grown-ups, although expecting them to act as grown-ups may be too high an expectation

Katie following Perez around, Perez following Alexander around, Perez being a rude annoyance at 6am, the girls digging at Alicia, etc.,etc ... they are all grown ups and obviously there are no rules against having an argument, BB is all about the arguments. Obviously BB keep an eye out for bulling (I mean real bullying, not a bunch of mean girls talking about somebody - that has happened forever in BB, and not just girls either ). We can't have BB intervening like a nanny every 5 seconds, these events have to flow organically from beginning to end, unless somebody gets physical, uses unacceptable language (which they are usually warned about later).

We have seen BB tell one or two HMs to remove themselves from a situation, sometimes that is enough.

I seriously doubt Katie Hopkins saying she will make noise above Perez' head to keep him awake is seen as a harmful threat by even Perez, other than another reason for drama and airtime - I threaten to sprinkle water on my daughter's face after the 5th ignored alarm in the morning, in order to get her out of bed for school.

I will agree that even an inanimate hare must have felt abused by Perez's treatment of it. But it needed rescuing and rehabilitating as a household object - not beheading! That's no way to treat a victim of abuse.
