The CBB this time last year (Jim Davidson) sort of kicked off a bit more media interest than usual, then it was sustained with the September series (Gary Busey), now this one has grown the interest even more to make it the biggest Ch5 series yet.

In a way yes but generally in the last two years, there has been more coverage online due to the evolution of technology. More people are inclined to discuss what is happening in the house on Facebook and Twitter and the fact that this series has been controversial, it changes everything. With the first CBB series Channel 5 did, there was buzz around it obviously because it was the first one but now it has been going up and down. This year Channel 5 have brought in a few controversial housemates and some that are quite well known so that helps.
