Perez didn't get rid of 3 people. I believe Jeremy was kicked out because of what he did to Chloe and Ken got kicked out for his offensive ongoing language.
If Alexander was going to walk anyway, he should have just knocked out Perez the other night and then walked rather than doing it this way.

Personally the way he is going i think the first house mate who punches him should be given a ticket to the final
they are showing more restraint than i ever could in those circumstances.
