So then, do the laws of decency not apply to Perez .....

..... I know we have seen bonking in the past, but I am amazed Perez was not cautioned over his lewd behaviour in the garden. Also slightly surprised they showed it. If you carried on like that in the middle of the street you would end up in the cells overnight.

Very surprising isn't it. Very telling. BB's bias is pathetic.

Given what Jeremy and Ken were chucked out for it is a bit puzzling as to why Mario is allowed to continue unchallenged by TPTB. Wasn't he the one who told Ken to be afraid outside of the house? Yet he claims Hopkins threatening to clang pans over his head to wake him up in the day time is a threat of violence. Same with Ken saying something about Mario knows what would happen in America if he behaved that way. I'm thinking BB may owe the viewers and other HM's an explanation for their logic.

My point exactly... Not really anywhere more public than a national television show

Big Brother LOVE lewd behaviour, it boggles my mind that people seem to think Perez should have been thrown out or warned over his behaviour, it was gross and unpleasant - but so was watching thingy and mabob bonk last year, so was watching the task a few series ago with Lionel, Louisa and Lee Ryan et al getting kinky, as was Kinga sitting on a wine bottle.

Big Brother lap it up and encourage it.

Why was this so different?

It was fake/simulated sex...just swerving hips and dramatic sounds. OK it was without consent of the chair or window and no protection was used but I don't think they are pregnant. (Those chair legs need to be covered up!)

Didn't they get completely nude in the first BB and then body paint the wall of the house? Get over yourselves, he did nothing that the house hasn't seen before.

Given some of the pretty full on comments that Cami got on here for her 'I like dick' comment, I'd imagine many on here must be pretty scathing re Perez as both his words and actions were considerably 'worse'.

After that latest embarrassment, Perez makes Cami look like Mother Theresa.

I hope you mean Ken. I've not watched much as Perez and Cami have made me switch off. I can't imagine Keith doing anything to be hooved out.

If he had been a hetrosexual man then he would have been chucked out.

Well if they show Kinga and her bottle then they'll show almost anything.

What, for prancing about in his underpants?
I doubt it.

I take it you didn't see the last non-celebrity BB. They had tasks in which several housemates had to dance and/or act in a very sexualized manner, smear food on them in a sexy way, pole dance and so much more. What about Bianca rolling around naked in the mud or the numerous breasts shown on BB. Don't you read the warnings (they even say the warnings for those who can't read)?

Gary Busey's towel drying scene and Perez's garden antics have been the two funniest moment of BB imo. I find the bullying and verbal abuse much more disgusting than the human body or simulated (or real) sex.

I take it you haven't watched anyone dance in clubs or seen twerking.

The arguing in the bedroom, which was juxtaposed with Perez's lighthearted garden antics, was much more disgusting. I'm surprised that a fun scene is upsetting people whereas the nasty gang up arguing scene in the bedroom is acceptable.

That's the difference though, the Celebrity Big Brother House isn't the street, so the law doesn't apply in a house. Plus, nothing could be seen either. Big Brother's all about sexual antics. Did you not see Kinga with the wine bottle back in Big Brother 6?

Even if I was a HM I would be far more offended by actual shagging in the same bedroom as me than some idiot making a show of himself in the garden. As a viewer both were funny as was Kinga and the bottle and many other sex related BB incidents. Where it does become offensive is when there is any element of non-consent or violence.

Some are saying it would be illegal in real life but in real life noone gets a warning that offensive behaviour is about to occur whereas in BB there is plenty of warning for those oversensitive souls that can't tolerate it without resorting to feeling offended.

People just seem to be looking for any excuse to be offended because its Perez.

The show is all about sexual antics and arguments. They'll only give warnings to housemates when they have to.

I agree 100% and felt sick. BB should have thrown him out of the house for gross "Indecency" The Cum word is not acceptable. Shocking disgusting viewing taking the show to an all time low!!!!

I am often accused of being a prude when I comment here about BB but I thought as jokes go his was pretty funny, I hope no one who found it so offensive ever watches the rom com when harry met sally they would self combust with disgust

People list other things done on (C)BB but that generally was while the housemates were having fun, or an incident involving someone like Gary who as we all know is a slice short of a loaf. The difference is, Perez did what he did with malicious intent and nothing more. It wasn't for fun, it wasn't entertaining for the other hm's and it doesn't relate to any of the examples provided.
