From the way he ran up the steps to talk to BB it seemed as though they called him into the diary room so I think BB said or did something that precipitated his decision to leave. Also, beforehand Alexander was saying his plan was to make Perez's time in the house miserable so it seems strange that he would decide to leave shortly afterwards for no apparent reason.

Perez got the most nominations, now there's going to be a twist in the nominations, anything to save Perez.

As far as I remember, they said "Alexander has decided to leave the house".
Usually they say that "so & so" has "left the house & will not be returning". My first thought was that, if Perez went on Tuesday's eviction, then Alex might return to the house as a surprise. Otherwise, I believe, he forfeits his earnings. But now we are told that there is to be no eviction on Tuesday which means that Perez will be in the house until Friday (not a good idea in my opinion) or ..... do we think there is a "safe house" for Alex ?? |

Today Perez was absolutely disgusting to watch, he seems to take a lot of pride in making people go crazy and have to leave.
Alex was imo working himself up to leave but needed an excuse and Perez is it, shameful really, and I have no liking for Perez but he was made a scapegoat imo. |

I'm sorry but the actions of others can't be blamed on Perez. He's easy to ignore to be honest. Calum, Patsy and a few others are doing it well. If people can't control themselves then that is their problem.

Saying Perez is at fault for Alexander leaving is like saying someone who dresses provocatively deserved to be raped.

Someone's just posted in another thread saying Jamie East had said that earlier Ryan tweeted Perez had walked. Maybe because at the time Perez was going to walk. Until BB decided to try offering Alexander a deal for him to leave and keep Perez.
alexander had worked himself up into a state of anger - he was finding it hard to control himself. I think he knew that and asked to go. |

Watch Saturday's episode back, the problem develops when Perez is taunting Alex by blowing kisses at him. Alex clearly says he won't take that from a man. We then get the 'faggot' comment. Perez knew he was homophobic and he just needed to give him enough rope to hang himself with. Hopkins strutting arond saying 'no-one messes with the big guy' only made Alex feel that he couldn't back down, He had to live up to the big guy image bestowed on him. Perez putting on Katie Price's fairy dress would have also been seen as a further taunt to Alex. Men like him see openly gay men as an affront to their masculinity. Glad he's gone, he was boring. |

My guess is him requesting to leave got cut from the show because of all the other drama they had to fit into the hours running time.

No matter how much he protested about some of his friends being gay I think Alex was homophobic.

I think that Alexander was asked to leave or else it was suggested that it would be best if he left.

Ok, uncomfortable around openly gay men. A lot of Black American culture, especially in the music business, is in thrall to machismo. I don't think I'm saying anything new by stating this although no doubt I'll get accused of racism.

He was a liability, though. Seemed a bit nutty.
