Come on, in isolation it sounds ridiculous, but you're taking it out of context. His kisses came with a smug grin and cheeky wink (implied or performed); the internet equivalent being 'u mad bro?' as King of the Cyber Bullies, Perez is highlighting his successful trollage of Alexander. He's wound him up and is untouchable (in there - or hiding behind a keyboard online) so blowing the kisses show that he's 'won'. He knows Alexander is so worked up that he's on the verge of walking or doing/saying something to get himself booted off, so that's another one down in Perez' grand plan. Kiss kiss xx
