Earlier in the day on here the narrative seemed to be that Perez HOUNDED and GOADED poor Alex into leaving. I reserved judgement until I had seen it and after doing so I can say that Alex's behaviour was ridiculous!

Yes Perez smiled at him and blew him a kiss - but talk about a bloody overreaction - the guy just couldn't handle himself and the whole breathing on his food and beating his chest thing was very silly indeed.

He clowned himself, not Perez and he knew it which is why he didn't want to be any more foolish and left.

I feel bad for him. These celebs reeaaallly need to know what they're doing when they go on these shows. I hope he doesn't take it seriously and goes home happy.

All I know is that the house is in dire need of a new strong male figure. I think it's time Ken was given another shot.

Why ?

He was an aggressive, homophobic, sullen, bore

He used inexcusable language and made highly inappropriate gestures to a gay man ( clutching his crotch )

What really IS ridiculous is the pretence from other housemates about how much they loved him

i think the homophobe came to the surface and alexander just couldnt take it anymore. I mean seriously, even IF perez was leaning over and coughing into the food, did alex think he was going to catch HIV or somethinhg?? its such a weird thing to go off about.

if you do a bit of research, you'll see alexander has done a few reality type shows already. the difference is, the 24/7 feeds in which everything is caught

He said that "NOBODY taunts me EVER". It seems what happened on Thursday with Perez drove him into an apoplectic rage from which he was unable to calm down until his exit (which doesn't necessarily reflect well on him).

It's cos Perez was ill!

Alicia said as much, and Michelle ( that great champion of the gay community ) said "No" ... she had seen him and he was BREATHING on the food

Alicia responded, bemused, "But if I was just standing there, I'd be breathing on the food too"

Michelle was silent at that point ( shame on her )

Alex being angry about Perez 'breathing' on his food was, in my opinion, a manifestation of his ignorant homophobia ( the additional 'bird flu' comment made that as clear as day )

[Alexander starts pacing, and breathing audibly.]

[Perez leaves the kitchen area and goes towards the diary room stairs.]

[He turns toward where Perez went (though he's not seen on screen)]

A: Don't want him breathing on my f***king food. Simple as that. Ain't no secret how I feel about him. I don't want to eat food with him breathing on my food. Simple as that. Is there anything derogatory or wrong with that? I don't want it.
A: Since Katie came in the house he's pretending like now all of a sudden he's the nicest guy. I'm so. Why couldn't you let us have that Perez all the time. Why did you have to do what you did.

There was more of him going on to Kav in the garden afterwards.

Really when I slowed it down and analyzed it all, It is a bit disturbing. Nothing was really inciting violence, but a lot of what he was going on about had sexual overtones. And all vaguely homophobic, in my opinion. I guess we can only be thankful that he said Bird flu and not AIDS ... because I wouldn't be at all surprised if that wasn't what he was thinking. Because the discussion afterwards with Kav, he's defending himself and saying nothing he said was derogatory. So he was thinking about it.

Or maybe I'm overthinking.

Interesting that Alexander left the house less than an hour after this. Was he kicked out in fact?

Reading it back like that, I think you may be right. I might rewatch some earlier days in the house over the next couple of days and see if I can pick anything up from that. I don't recall him having an issue with Perez in the first few days so assumed he just hated Perez for the way he was acting. Did Alex know Kavana is gay?

I like Alexander but think his old ways in gangs came to the fore with his anger at Perez.. when he should have been saying and doing things over a week ago and not leaving it to fester like this....

Unfortunately Alex was just getting more and more wound up. Another one that has bitten with Perez and his wind ups. Its a real shame that he probably wont get his fee and that people wasted their money voting for him and Chloe could have stayed. Perez shreiking that he feared for his safety every 5 minutes and the fact that Alex already had had a warning, I think he was worried about getting kicked out as well and jumped first.

I think it was incredibly sad to see the man so upset and all at the hands of that grotesque gargoyle Perez Hilton. I'm glad Alex is gone and doesn't have to endure any more goading, baiting or taunts from that creep.

There has been a flu going round that house a doc was called in last week and you heard Michelle hoarse a couple of days ago. Perez deliberately coughed over Alexander and woke him and continued goading him all day resulting in the faggot comment for which Alexander was warned. Perez however got off scot free despite his despicable harassment so I can see why Alexander was still angry. In the real world Perez would have got a punch and that would have been the end of it but in the house Perez is using his sexuality as a get out of jail free card and a stick to beat people with (if a straight man had provoked a woman the way he provoked Alex he would have been warned for sure) and with his ' I am in fear for my safety' nonsense. This is clearly his game plan because he said it about Jeremy and that really had nothing to do with him.

I think sad we saw a man who couldn't control himself and just rise above the situation. Be a grown up about it all.

Don't forget we don't see everything that goes on. They never showed Perez coughing over Alex in the night on the H/L's. You only saw it if you could watch on-line.

I think more went on that we did not see imo.

Alex has over the course of time been goaded into this by Perez.
We're all human and we all have a breaking point. Perez just needs to leave now, poisonous man.
