I am trying to set up DDNS on a Business Hub 5 using DynDNS as my DDNS service. When I click apply after putting in my credentials I get "Please enter a password".
I have done this on numerous other routers with no problem. Can anyone help please ?

Where exactly in the process is this password prompt occurring? Is it when you try to log onto the router to change the config or when you try to apply the changes to the settings?

If it is when you have logged on to the hub and this is the first time you have done so then it could be the hub is prompting to change the default admin password.

Sorry, I should have been a bit more specific. I'm not talking about the router login credentials but my dyndns login credentials. I have no problem logging in to the router to access advanced settings. There is nothing wrong with what I am putting in, I use dydns very frequently via its website and via other routers.

Gave up using dyndns when they withdrew their free product, and moved to noip.com. No need to open up the firewall for the noip service, it just works with BT HH5.
