Has anyone been diagnosed with Aspergers yet? ADHD?

The man finds it disgusting that someone - a grown man - is bringing up phlegm and leaving it lying around a communal living area in tissues, for someone else to clean up. I would.

Nice to have a glimmer of old traditional nominaton reasons

Its basic hygiene and cleanliness not OCD. Imagine the mess in the toilets.

Actually Danger, you have a point. We've all got so cynical about the reasons people give for nominating that we are losing sight of the real, everyday reasons that we find it hard to live with someone. Cheggers obviously like things to be clean, neat and hygienic (good for him) and he gave a genuine reason why he nominated Alex.

Good heavens - in that household with those awful personalities - some of whom must be so hard to live with - is that really what was getting to him the most.”

Pevez because he sits on the kitchen worktops and Cheggers (or me for that matter) wouldn't want skid marks on his cheese sandwich......Alex because he gobs into tissues and leaves them around ..... Kev because he spills his drinks on the floor - doesn't wipe up and leaves the floor sticky......Hmmm.....Well I couldn't live with that either !!!....It's not OCD........it's just Not being a Dirty Bugger !!!!!.....

oh I'm positive that Perez will be 'diagnosed' by many armchair doctors for having Aspergers. It always seems to be the unlikable arses who people assume have it, which is always annoying to me as an 'aspie' myself.

Yes, I've noticed that trend myself.. I can well understand your annoyance, my little nephew is the sweetest little chap in the word, a wee aspie himself and has thankfully has no traits like Perez Hilton...don't let it get to you ChoccyPxxx

My brother had Aspergers, he was absolutely adorable. I've never understood people presuming horrible people have it. Oh the fun we had coaching him on how to make friends in Uni.

My sister suffers severe OCD. She is a complete nightmare compared with my little brother, anything but a 'clean freak'. In my experience, proper OCD (and not just "oh I like things clean") is a much harder condition to live with than most people realise.

Its people who think it is ok to leave phlegm laden tissues around that have the problem, not Keith Chegwin!

Agree - I think they are all under a large amount of stress. He probably does all the washing and wiping as a way of dealing with it and hence is more sensitive to dirt and mess than some of the others in there. .

It is possible the most consistently stressful household CBB has ever produced with daily arguments which flare up at the drop of a hat. Of all the CBB series - this one seems by far the hardest to survive. I remember the Pete Burns one being tough - but this seems more so.

To be honest I dislike Katie Hopkins so much and would rather have a pile of manure in my room than her.

How I see it. He is a genuinely nice chap as far as I can see and doesn't want to make unpleasant comments about personality.

BB will give him a balancing task soon to force him to take a side... they always do to people who think they can "score draw" every match and get anywhere.”

Not wet - considerate and not like the rest of them spoiling for a fight! The house is full of confrontational nutcases - it's nice to see someone with a bit more decency.

Very well put! He seems to me to be the most down to earth personality in their, and I for one am hoping he wins.

Nope, he just likes things nice and clean. OCD isn't just having things clean and tidy. People who have OCD don't like things being out of place either.

When i was in my teens i would always make sure everything was clean, tidy and everything had to be perfectly in place. I'm in my mid 20's now and still like to have things in place but i'm less fussy with it. If something is out of place i'm not suddenly going to jump up and put it back the way it was like i did when i was younger

OCD isn't wanting things clean, tidy or having everything in it's place.
OCD is having to repeat certain behaviours, be that cleaning your hands, or emptying a bin over the floor, in an attempt to ease severe anxiety and distress.
It is not as simple as just wanting things clean and organised.

I thought he was being nice about his nominations in case they show them to everyone on the screen. Although, I don't really know if he's that clever
