Any idea who he was talking about and why would he actually start on that tract?”

Yes I saw that. I'm pretty sure he was referring to someone in the house, He pointed across the room. After his OTT hysteria about Alexander controlling himself I wondered if he meant him. He would use anything like that to get people out. He inferred something about Jeremy's "history", when he was screeching about his safety.

Wondering about Perez's apparent obsession with safety. Most seem to think it's a ploy to manipulate others in the house in an attempt to get them or himself kicked out, but I'm thinking that it might well be something he has to be aware of all the time.

He has made enough enemies in the course of his career that looking over his shoulder might just be a way of life for him now, and imagine how paranoid and anxious you would be if you had to not only look out for danger from disgruntled targets, but to do that in a country where everyone has easy access to guns (US). No wonder he is freakin scared!

Does anyone know if Perez himself has had drugs problems in the past?

They wanted fireworks but as Perez was in full sulk mode it just fell flat.”

Had to re-read that BIB again - the first time I thought you said " in full skunk mode" - and agreed 100%!
Hearing the crowd baying for his eviction was too much for the poor wee laddie!

I thought he had a meth problem in the past but I can't see anything online about it so not sure where I read it.

The way he was desperate to impart some salacious gossip was horrible but that is what he does for a living. It's funny how he can dish it out but not take it himself.

If he had been talking about anyone in the house previously he would have had time to tell them already.

Another thing they didn't show any more of was the revelation that Keith had a phone in the house, which a few housemates knew about.”

I thought that Keith was just winding them up about that....

Perez is NOT scared of anyone! He knows if he expresses fear from an HM or says he doesn't feel 'safe' in the House, BB will have to take that seriously. And if the HM concerned gets kicked out that increases his chance of winning. That is all he wants - no matter who gets hurt in the process.

There have not been any reports of Perez having a drug or alcohol problem.

I think the idea was probably that Katie P would banquish the people she had out-of-house beef with - and things would start getting nasty and entertaining. Instead she just walked in and said she was looking forward to getting to know everybody, have a nice cup of tea with Hopkins, get to know Alicia and hoped they would all become friends. Then she banquished some random people based on silly playful reasons and with no malice behind it.

So the production team were probably all, "This is shit. Tell her she might as well let them out again."

He probably should be, given the number of people he has upset. lol I just thought that his instability and tendency to cry at the drop of a hat might have been chemically induced at some point. It's not unknown in show biz after all.

They showed it once. How many more times should something be shown? Lord, we see such a tiny bit of what's going on as it is ... I don't get complaining about not seeing something AGAIN.

Sounds a lot more likely that he was talking about Jeremy rather than Alex.

This is the impression I got. He was justifying away why anyone would want to choose him to put in a cage

The conversation was exactly the sort that gets birds tweeting over it on live feed programmes. My first thought was that they had unwittingly broadcast something they would not normally show. Not surprised it didn't reach the highlights !!

I wonder if they thought Katie was going to put Katie H in with Perez?

This. He's playing it the US way, like Speidi did. Know the rules inside out and scream lawyer. I would also imagine he's lived with threats for many years.

Because there are so many people who don't actually pay attention and interpret things wrongly. It was shown in passing and should have been in the highlights show. You see evidence of people completely making stuff up because they didn't catch the fleeting moment at the end of the eviction programme on thus forum.
