I think this describes Katie H to a tee!

Narcissistic Adult Bully: This type of adult bully is self-centered and does not share empathy with others. Additionally, there is little anxiety about consequences. He or she seems to feel good about him or herself, but in reality has a brittle narcissism that requires putting others down.

1. a grandiose sense of self-importance
2. is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
3. believes that he or she is "special" and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
4. requires excessive admiration
5. has a sense of entitlement, ie unreasonable expectations of especially favourable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
6. is interpersonally exploitative, ie takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
7. lacks empathy and is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others
8. is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her
9. shows arrogant, haughty behaviours or attitudes

No it's not Katie - it's far more like Nadia or Perez

I used to Like Katie Hopkins, she often spoke the uncomfortable truth but was lambasted for it.

However, now that she seems to have lost the plot, and a considerable amount of self-control, I've gone off her somewhat.

Fits Perez and Nadia's personality traits to a tee.

Katie and Perez share some traits, sociopaths and narcissists do. But they have differences.

Yes, sounds like her! 3 - I can't get my head around. I don't understand why she thinks that she is superior to others. I guess it's insecurity? She needs to belittle others to give herself an esteem boost.

Kaite H has said she's missing a piece of brain and has severe epilepsy. this could be considered brain injured.

brain injury people often have trouble with empathy, impulse control etc.

i've noticed that Katie H is a jerky mover. Often she is almost skipping and hopping about. Head flipping and all kinds of neurological type hyper movement.

not sure what meds she's on but a lot of her behaviour COULD be attributed to meds... including hostility and anger

1. a grandiose sense of self-importance Everyone should have self importance.

2. is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love. Nothing wrong with wanting success at all and be brilliant.

3. believes that he or she is "special" and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions) Everyone should believe they are special and unique. People only mix, associate with people/personalities they are attracted to. We all do it.

4. requires excessive admiration. Never seen this as of yet.

5. has a sense of entitlement, ie unreasonable expectations of especially favourable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations. We all have a sense of entitlement whether in our private or working life. Her expectations may differ to yours but they are hers, like yours are yours. Some peoples are higher in life than others. Opinion is what it is and like yourself you think hers should be as it is. Hence your doing the same?

6. is interpersonally exploitative, ie takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends. Stating truth never sits well with anyone. If she does do this, it is the public who tune in when she is on the TV and reads what she writes. So if there wasn't a demand then there would be no need.

7. lacks empathy and is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others, Mmmm didn't she hug others when they were upset? on this morning didn't she hold the womans hand when upset? didn't she defend people in the house when they were upset?
8. is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her, not sure how when you said she is basically above others? if majority of people are beneath her then not sure how she is envious?

9. shows arrogant, haughty behaviours or attitudes”

opinions are just that, same as ideas, thoughts etc. We each have them, like you and I above. Niether one is right to each other, yet respect each others. Some will agree with yours and some with mine. Her deliverance I agree needs more tact, but we all think differently and the majority of us would never dare verbalise our own for fear.

I liked your points but feel that not everything in life is as black and white as stated and not as clear cut etc.

Hopkins is showing signs of aggression and domineering. She wanted all the housemates stopped speaking to Perez. That is definitely bullying behaviour. If she managed to convince all the housemates to ignore him completely for the rest of his time in the house, this just shows what type of person she is. Yes, Perez is an attention seeking idiot, and he loves to provoke others at times, but spending time in that house with no one to talk to won't be very pleasant.

I had forgotten about the missing brain part thing and earlier I likened her speech pattern to that of someone on the autistic spectrum, this makes sense ^ her speech is so slow and deliberate this could be the case.

Lol I've just written an essay on Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and yes, I've been thinking for a while that Katie H. is a sufferer... I wonder what caused her inferiority complex though?

These people remove friends , family, co workers from others lives for their own needs... they dont want competition and need admiration and to be told their right all the time.. others dont have an opinion or if they do they ll be banished from any fake friendship with this person...they use people continually by being loving and friendly till the person is well in their web.... they gather cliques who at first dont realize they are being used and manipulated and think this is a genuine friendship.... the narcissist will drop these people easily when not required and they have used them to their full capacity.... yep its Katie..

Perez does not lack emotion, he may behave oddly when overwhelmed by emotion but he us not lacking.

Katie Hopkins is a classic bully, no two ways about it. It's pathological, thats why she, in the eyes of the viewer will lose this game to Perez. In her own mind, she has already won.
