It was Judy James. She has been on BB many years but she isn't a psychologist, she's a body language expert. If you type in her name in a search engine you will find her website. I quite enjoy her interpretations of the housemates behaviour and she's quite spot usually

I'm sorry but there has to have been some intervention on what had been going on! There is somebody there in the shadows

Judy James is no expert. She has no formal training, no education and no qualifications. She's an ex model. She uses buzz words to chat sh!t. She talks utter bollocks.

I didn"t see it, but i bet Pam Spurr thinks Nadia and Michelle are the 2 mother figures trying to keep the unruly children in order.

I miss bit on the psych too although it had become so facile as to be not really worth much. I liked the woman they had on last week Emma somebody. She had a rather more academic take on the analysis than has been the case in recent years.

I'm very underwhelmed by the psychs they have on.

There's fans on this very forum that make more intelligent, insightful observations.
Purple.

Well that's true enough. There some excellent posters. But FMs have the advantage of not having to play it for laughs. Psychologists aren't trained to deliver their analysis as entertaining sound bites. I liked it way back in the day when it was Big Brother's Big Brain and it was played straight like factual Tv would be.

100% agree. What she said about teams was so incorrect, I couldn't stop laughing. She is an idiot who knows nothing!

This stuff really pisses me off - this is 'pop Psychology' not real Psychology. When practised properly Psychology is a science ( its a bsc at degree level) that requires the same sort of rigours in application that other sciences do - theoretical foundation, tests, controls, statistical analysis. In the early series as a new phenomenon there was serious research that could be done in terms of behaviour but things have moved on over the last decade. Its all a bit if a car crash now and I don't think any serious Psychologists with a reputable academic career would be happy to put their name to the so called Psychological analysis that is broadcast on the show.

I don't think people watch them (shows like Bit on the Psych) for their wit necessarily - well I don't.

But I expect to hear something more meaningful than Perez and his little Perezes or whatever cobblers Judy James comes out with.

I don't know anyone who's impressed with anything she says and she does her profession a huge disservice IMO.
