Emma mentioning live feed.
2shy2007

When Chloe was in the editing room, she said' seeing this 24/7' and Emma just HAD to make a remark didnt she? 'oh dont mention that, you'll start them all off about live feed'

Are they told to poo poo the idea or is that her personal stance I wonder? without live feed it can never really be CBB,we have so damn little to go on, and have no idea just how much the producers are in there coaching them all.

Until live feed is restored, BB will be a shadow of its former self.

I bet it would have been an entirely different show with live feed.

she's just rubbing it in to the veteran fans.

as long as BB still gets reasonably good ratings as it exists now, we'll never get live feed.

I don't know why they try to wind viewers up about it.
It's a perfectly valid criticism and desire.

Yes and I have no idea why, the whole point of the show is 24/7 people watching, they have bastardised it into a TOWIE type experience now.we have no idea how much input the producers have in the scenes that we see.

Oh how I wish another channel would take it and reboot it

The live feed was there before our eyes. Channel 5 just can't be arsed to do the compliance monitoring.

This is one "veteran" they have laughed right out the door. The first series I haven't bothered watching. Well done Channel 5.

Knowledge is power ~ .i.e The more one knows, the more one will be able to control events. The live feed being axed allows C5 to control not only what we see of the HM's but the viewers interpretation of each one of them. If they had a live feed it's not quite so easy for them to manipulate a HM to become the winner ~ as they certainly did the year of Helen Wood's win!

Yes so do I, like you say 24/7 is the reason the show took off in the first place.

Me too. Big time, even if we had to pay a nominal fee up front.

Surely now is the time for ITV to take it. They have the main channel, and also ITV2 and ITVbe to use for spin off shows and live feed.

ITV could do with another big hit, it could be their replacement for DOI as 'Get your act together' didn't perform well. It would also give them a big show for the summer.

I wish something would happen anyway, even if we got live feed online so its not taking up channel space but people can still choose to watch it.

Of course they are, you just have to look at how the BOTS presenters have joked about Live Feed and its fans over the years, even though 24/7 live feed was the whole point of the show (well it was anyway).

Channel 5 (or Endemol imo) don't want to do it, its as simple as that. They can't present a scripted TOWIE style show if they have live feed.
Plus i honestly think producers go in and out of the house all the time, talking to the housemates about storylines and conduct etc.

Emma's a massive lifelong fan isn't she?

If so I it might be both a knowing nod to the 'oldies' and a sly wink/dig at things.

I've never seen Rylan (leave house for song practice!) mention it so much - hope she's on our side.

But it's certainly not true BB with all this scripted/manipulated rubbish.

For me , BB died after UBB, I have watched the CBB series' since but I refuse to watch civilian BB until some kind of good live feed is restored.
