If there's a plus version then I'd certainly be interested especially if it has a 4100mah battery. I do wish they would stick at 1080p though. I've used a couple of phones now with qhd and I have good eyesight and I'm buggered if there's any real difference without putting your nose against the screen.

http://www.phonearena.com/news/HTC-u...d-more_id65190 Well apparently the current leaks are showing off a decoy unit. Quote:
We have seen a number of photos showing what has been characterized as a prototype HTC One (M9). As we pointed out, there were a few changes when compared to the HTC One (M8). But a report published on Saturday says that the HTC One (M9) units that have been making the rounds in photographs are decoys and "do not accurately represent the final design of the HTC One (M9)." The report adds that these decoys do have the correct internal parts for the HTC One (M9). So by that description it sounds like something similar to this render. If it looks anything like this, then it would definitely have to be my next phone. This news should bring hope to those who were criticizing HTC for using the same design employed for the HTC One (M8) for its new flagship model. According to those who know the real look of the HTC One (M9), it will feature an edge-to-edge screen with BoomSound slits (as opposed to the grills) on the top and bottom edges of the handset. The front-facing camera looks like the one used on the HTC Desire 826, which means the One (M9) has a large circular lens above the screen. The report adds that HTC had used a decoy before introducing the HTC One (M7). However, a rendering of the phone was discovered in a early version of the phone's firmware, on a SIM card installation tutorial. The image of the handset was leaked out more than a month before the unit was officially revealed by HTC. We should see the HTC One (M9) in the flesh when MWC opens in Barcelona on March 1st. http://androidheadlines.com/wp-conte...t-design_4.jpg |

Official photos of HTC One M9 and M9 Plus. New look with an all-glass front panel with redesigned speakers.
http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_one_m9_a...news-10967.php In other news the front-facing camera will be a 4MP Ultrapixel camera and on the back there will be two 20MP camera sensors incl. a dual-tone dual-LED flash. http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_one_m9_t...news-11018.php |

Well DS have published their review of the HTC One M9 and given it top marks, 5/5 stars. Quote:
The M8 was one of our favourite smartphones last year, so it was always going to be a tough act to follow - some have criticised HTC for playing it safe, but this is doing the company a disservice. I see Amazon UK have it listed, the 32GB sim-free price is £579.99. Released 31st March. The HTC One M9 has been exceptionally well thought out, its sleek design and responsive operating system puts its rivals to shame. We were hard-pressed to find any major negative points during our time with the device (we'll keep you updated if we find any down the line), but if we were nitpicking then it could be thinner, and the design could feature ingress protection, but none of these are major complaints. Small issues aside, it's still early days yet for 2015, but HTC has managed to make one of our favourite smartphones, again. Carphone Warehouse and HTC UK website also have it for the same price sim-free. |
