Can you use more than 1 Apple TV in a household at the same time?
My dad has his wired up downstairs, and mine is upsatirs....
...he will be watching something off his and when I go to watch something off mine it will stream to his TV

Yes, it should be possible. Have you given the two ATVs different names so you can tell them apart?

It certainly is possible. At work we have a load of them attached to just about every meeting room projector and display screen in the building.
As Stig says make sure they all have different names and it may also help to give them fixed IP Addresses rather than use DHCP to get an address automatically from the router. All the one's at work are on static IP addresses and we rarely if ever get any problems attaching to the right one. |
