In same way that Kav said to Callum that Perez being nice to everyone during the task and 'getting along' with everyone was fake too !
However, I think Alicia was just going along with it all and laughing being herself, as I can't see her being false, because I can't see her thinking that deeply about any situation.
She wasn't referring solely to that particular instance (and Alicia was overdoing it), it was a general feeling about how people have been behaving nicey nicey since (their talking to by bb after) Alexander left. And she is right, it is fake and fake irritates Katie
