If all the housemates agree on a fee to enter the house, and, don't walk out or are not thrown out by BB, but, are evicted by the public, do they get the fee that was agreed.
I'm asking this because the way Alicia kept saying 'but I don't want to leave' when Katie Price said she wasn't chosing to save her, as she thought she wanted to go, has confused me.
Do they only get part of the fee if evicted by the voting of the public, and, only receive the full fee if they are in the house to the final, because if not, why would anyone want to stay in the house if they have the opportunity of leaving after being voted out.
They would have their money and be back home with the family they say they miss so much!

Her logic I think is the longer she's on TV the bigger her chance of having a comeback doing...I dunno erm, presenting or something. I think the cash she'll get is more than most could wish for but if she's bankrupt she'll need a job too.

Correct! Also they get a few weeks that they can use to work the media, which will all disappear when CBB is over.

But she had previously said that she wanted to be evicted, didn't she?

They all do that, but yesterday (tonight's ep) she's made it clear she can't afford to leave.

I think she has said (read it somewhere) that she is really hoping to get something out of this/raise her profile etc. I guess she believes the longer she stays in the more chance there is on picking some work up - can't see it myself.

Poor woman.
I hope BB can find it in their hearts to let her stay in the house indefinitely after the end of the series.

It seems to me that every day she she stays makes it less likely that she will ever be employed again.

I'm going to be kind and say she's 'a bit' stupid. They get paid if they don't walk and are not thrown out.

I think Alex struck a deal and did an interview with BOTS to get his cheque.

Alicia, I think she's nice but stupid and honestly can't see what she would have to offer the world when she leaves the house.

I'm out of the loop wrt zelebs. But years ago, I read that she was from a very wealthy family with a trust fund etc. so I'm a bit confused with her having financial woes.

I've no idea. I do know she said her mum paid for them to go on holiday last year. I also heard she was abused as a child. For all we know before she went bankrupt her parents tried to bail her out and lost a lot?

Nowadays, just about everyone on the box seems to have been bullied and/or abused as a child.

Another confusing matter....

Aye it is, but I think if anyone screams 'something's happened' just by how she looks it is her. BDD isn't always linked to abuse but for someone to go through the amount of procedures she has ... Something's definitely up. Like BIG style messed up.

Although in those circles procedures are now the norm along with tats and extensive piercings, and heavy duty slap.

Their perceptions of 'beauty' are quite a disfigured look, eg. humongous breasts, bottom, lips, eyelashes, hairstyles etc.

It's almost like an addiction. They just keep needing more, and greater amounts.

I agree and disagree with this. I have tattoos , I love them. I'd not go as far as to have every inch of me tatood though, which to me is the extream Alicia has gone too. I think like her, some of the extream piercing and tattoo fans have issues, deep seated ones. I just think her looks, the way she acts, just everything is screaming never land complex. (I just made that up I'm sure) but it's this whole child like mentality she has, along with this fantasy ideal she has for how she should look. Never grow up, never grow old, just remain the same as the time you arrived in never land. Everything before is forgotten, everything after is a fairy tale.

I've only ever once thought tats enhanced someone's appearance. And oddly enough that was on Sam Pepper !

Usually, they just remind me of the endless doodles I used to do in my jotter during English Lit. at school.

If she really spent a million pounds on that botched surgery, she should ask for a refund and then she wouldn't be broke. She is expecting work after CBB - I don't think she will get any. Why did she say she couldn't afford to send her child to school and that is why she is home schooling (trying not to laugh here)? I thought schools were free?

No it's not for nursery. I used to work with a guy who's whole wage went on his child's nursery and his wife's wage then paid for everything else. It's horrifically expensive and people then bitch about stay at home mums who claim benefits. I do not have children but if I did I couldn't afford the earlier years. I know it differs in wales England and Scotland for starting age into free education but 3 is not old enough.
