I can't see the links but it sounds like Kav is being OTT ("snipes" at him an others) to Keith.

In fairness Kav is right about Keith taking digs at him. He is seen bitching behind his back in one of those clips about his much he drinks and probably not for the first time. Keith took issue with Kav because he's a slob.

Why is anybody surprised? There's been more moans about Keith's fence sitting here than speculation about Katie H.'s live life! Cheggars is himself a nasty drunk, okay, on the wagon at present - but in his day he made his poor wife's life a misery. They used to live near me and he was always in Budgen's buying booze! He has a short memory. Anyway - Kav is only saying what's been said out here from day one. 'Poor Keith'? This is his game! He's bending over backwards to portray himself as the nice guy - even laughing at the maniacal Mario performing sex acts in the garden the other night when it so obviously upset him. Yeah. Rrrright.

Glad I'm not the only one who sees it this way. Not that I'm condoning Kav's language but as I said before if it's happening everyday eventually you will react.

He is not the only 'slob' in there. I'm pretty sure Nadia is a self confessed slob too but they are friends and Keith needed a reason to nominate Kav that doesn't sound bad to viewers and if played to hms.

Keith is media savvy too and knows what he is doing. The cheeky Chirpy Chappy doesn't wash with me.

Yup but it was also noticeable that Katie H tried to play down Kav's antics even though she is clearly not there for most of it 'roll eyes' She made it clear there is only one villain in there who causes all of the trouble which apparently Kav helps to calm. Tell that to Keith

Well Kav is drinking every night, being rude regularly when drunk and keeping them up every night as they can't put the lights out. The only one that didn't seem to totally agree was Katie who tbf isn't there at night all of the time and has a vested interest in focusing on only one baddie.

He seems to turn camp when he's drunk too. Maybe it's his alter ego like when he lectured Mario about Perez, maybe he was recalling his own alter ego, Anthony

He's gay and I expect he turns the campness down most of the time. Although I haven't ever noticed him being particularly camp any time.

Things kicked off in the Celebrity Big Brother 2015 house last night between arguably the two most quiet housemates.

After being provided with booze it was perhaps only a matter of time before a row erupted.

But surprisingly the latest housemate argument was between Keith Chegwin and Kavana.

A VERY drunk Kavana started after getting annoyed at not being able to go to the Diary Room.

He ended up ‘bantering’ with Cheggers, telling him and the other housemates to “f**k off”.

But Kav’s rude drunken personality didn’t please Cheggers who complained: “That really pisses me off… we all have to stay up until he finishes drinking.”

Alicia agreed that Kav had a problem when he drunk, saying that the former 5th Story band member “does get rude”.

“I didn’t like the attitude, the f**k you and all that,” Keith added.

Later, Kavana exploded at Keith after he tried to make amends.

Kav blamed his behaviour on the house but Keith seemed to pin it on the drink.

“It’s not about being sober, it’s about being real,” snapped Kavana. “You’re not being real. You’re perfect aren’t you?

“I apologise for being rude, but you keep having little digs at me, it’s wearing me down,” Kav accused. “Don’t get me started Cheggers.

“Don’t get me f**kng started because I can say a million things about you sitting on the fence every day. You sit on the f**king fence every day!”

As Kavana ranted the other housemates stepped in encouraging him to stop drinking and head to bed.

The singer ended up branding Kieth ‘his new enemy’ as the housemates tucked in for the night.

I think you're right. Katie H defends Kav because Kav is anti-Perez. He's on her team so she'll forgive him for anything she can get away with forgiving him for.
'Helps to calm Perez' is pretty much a translation for 'is against Perez'.

Hardly needs to be a clean freak to object to a slob.

To be clear I agreed Kavs behaviour was wrong.

My point was Keith is a moaner and has been saying things to Kav (his words) from day one. Also in last nights show Keiths nasty dig at Alicia shows he is not quite the Mr nice guy he would like us all to believe ..and some clearly are buying it .. he tends to do it with a smile not a scowl so it's not always obvious.

Keith has been sober for 20 years so he is not a 'nasty drunk' and I'm absolutely sure he knows and regrets the pain he caused to his ex wife Maggie and their little girl. He has freely admitted to buying booze and hiding it - he's an alcoholic, thats what they do. I respect him all the more for his honesty and managing to control his demons. Kav doesnt seem to have been able to do that yet. I hope for his sake that he does.

To be fair, I'm glad we have seen this from Kavana, it was a long time coming.

As another person who watched The Big Reunion, I'm surprised it took this long for Kav to have a drunken melt-down!

I suspect that Kav is frustrated that a fellow 'recovering alcoholic' has the self-control that he lacks.

Why is it that hygienic people are called 'clean freaks'? No, he's not a clean freak, he just doesn't want to live in a dirty tip. Fair play to him I say!

Well how do you know? We barely saw Kav and Keith interacting on day 1, just as we were barely treated to any footage of them on days 2,3,4 or 5. It's only been little slithers of footage of the two that have slowly filtered their way through the highlight shows, and even then their respective highlights have largely featured them as hardly ever appearing together. The only person who's claimed Keith as ever having little digs at Kav, has been Kav himself. And what were his examples of these "little digs"?

"Oh, what'd do you do last night?" - That's seriously meant to be taken as a provocation of the sort of behaviour that Kav has displayed? No, I don't think so. All you've had is the suspect word of a nasty little drunk, nothing more. And if you were seriously offended by Keith's gentle little chiding of Alicia (especially in comparison to the witless but no less harsh words of Katie Hopkins), then I seriously think you need to get out more, quite frankly.

Calm down it's only a reality show you don't need to get so excited.
I made my opinion by the examples I have given and my perspective from what I have seen. As everybody else has. Just because Kavana was drunk does not mean it's not true. The same as Keith claiming they can't go to bed until late because of Kav. There has been no footage to back that up either.

I never mentioned Katie Hopkins in my post either so whatever problem you have with her discuss it with someone who actually defended her not me.

So you take your view and form your opinion as will I. There is no need to be insulting because I have a different opinion to you.

Sober Kav is a lovely kind funny man.
Drunk Kav is loud, aggressive and needs a good slap.
He needs to apologise for being an arse, stay away from the demon drink and avoid Hopkins like the plague (vile creature)

Keith was sober when he said that. Not only that, but no one around the kitchen table voiced any disagreement or words to the contrary. So I think it's safe to presume that Keith was telling the truth. What would have to gain by lying in a group of people who share the same living space, and are aware of the general time the lights go out?


I was using her as a point of reference, in order to point out how much of a non-event Keith's apparent rudeness was. I didn't claim you defended her.
