In every single thread I see the same thing over and over.

etc.

I'm fairly certain all these people are capable of having their own rude opinions, and if anything it's Katie H. who is playing a game of being on everyone elses side.
She may be goading a few nasty things out of people, but they were still thinking them, shes not actually a witch with magical powers of mind control or anything.

I think you're all giving her WAY too much credit.

I think it's because she assumes she's the arbiter of common sense and represents anyone other than herself. It winds people up. She's the kind of person who's so thick they think they're clever, and spends most of her time trying to be as spiteful as possible because she's decided that's a credential. It's classic projection of insecurities.

In the house, everything revolves around Perez, not Katie. It's the fact she can't handle that which makes her entertaining to watch, like a car accident you'd slow down to observe. But she's still a car accident.

But that doesn't explain why everyone gives her so much credit. There are people on this forum who ACTUALLY BELIEVE she is the one responsible for ALL the other HMs bad behavior. They attribute every negative action by any HM to her influence.

Are you aware "Public Support" has nothing to do with Bookies Odds?

Bookies Odds change based on bets placed. If A few thousand people went and bet on Nadia to win the show tonight then by tomorrow she would be one of the favourites to win.

They change their odds based on the betting patterns of the public so they minimize how much money they potentially pay out.

She is an awful judgmental person who is extremely jealous that Perez is the star of this series and therefore has drawn attention to herself on here because of her obsession with Perez.

My point was it doesn't inlfuence the bookies in any way shape or form. It also doesn't necessarily represent the majority of people who actually vote. Helen wasn't leading any polls and she still won.

Polls can be an indication...they can also be a huge minority.

That's the point of my post...they don't reflect a Housemates popularity at all. They reflect how much money is being placed on each housemate.

Its like the upcoming election if millions of pound was suddenly placed on the Green Party to win, their odds would decrease like crazy...It would happen because Bookies don't want to lose money so they lower the odds to change how much they would have to pay out on ay future bets on Green Party if they were to win.

Ds Forum is very rarely representative of the public. It is often so out of touch. Helen and Jim Davidson are two prime examples. Opinion on here was mostly negative towards those two yet they won. You need to remember DS only represents a tiny minority of viewers.
