Is JC doing half or a full series ? (spec)

Supposedly what they are filming now will be the third and fourth episodes of S9 possibly a two parter. Did she sign up to do all 12 regular episodes and the 2015 Christmas special?. Unless they are doing what they did with KG and AD a shock exit half way through. JCs Clara herself appeared in AOTD setting up her introduction as the new companion. Maybe a new character in the early episodes will take over as the next companion ?. Don't know what they will do with her. Either she finds a reason to leave like new love or she leaves because something really bad happens like dying. If he did lose her in tragic circumstances how long would it take him to get over it ?. Thoughts, ideas theories welcome.

Wouldn't it be good if they kept it under wraps for a change and whatever happens is a surprise. They could learn a thing or 2 from emmerdale where they kept news of emma atkins departure under wraps and last nights episode where she got sent to jail for 2 years was a total surprise and the episode was so much more dramatic
for having no spoilers.

They've said she is there for the whole season. They do like to misdirect, of course.

As above, the man who said she is staying for the full series said he had no plans for The Master because the character's story was done and The Doctor didn't need an arch-enemy - a couple of minutes after Missy's first scene aired at the Deep Breath premiere.

Assume nothing.

I'm hoping she stays the full season, partly out of love for the character (and Jenna ofc) and partly because the uplifting ending of Last Christmas felt as if there was still a long road ahead in terms of where they were taking the character.

Amy and Rory's exit in the middle of Series 7 was okay, but now it's been done I don't want the same done again immediately after with Clara. It also didn't allow for their exits to be much of a surprise - given the actors got other work straight away and their exits were announced way in advance. So Clara leaving earlier than the end of Series 9 would likely involve some kind of similar announcement (the BBC don't like it getting out any other way) or it would get out via her absence filming the latter half of the series, and so a mid-series exit would only serve to frustrate the people who wanted her to stay on. I know for one that I wouldn't mind another companion on board, but I'd love to see Clara the whole series - free of both impossible girl and Danny Pink handicaps.

Aside from that, there's little to suggest she is leaving half way through Series 9. I guess writer order, filming pics and so on will eventually give us an indication some way or another.

Moffat said a full series for Coleman recently but I am hoping another companion is added into the mix along with Clara though to freshen things up a little. Not a love interest.

I think Doctor Who needs spoilers for publicity.

a) Emmerdale is filmed on a closed set. Very little location shooting...so few spoilers leak unless the show wants them to.

b) it has a regular cast of 50+ characters...as opposed to 2 (unless the series is filmed entirely in a studio/on a set..we'll know JC has been replaced as soon as a member of the public takes a snap of Capaldi with someone else)

c) Who is the type of show that attracts leakers/spoiler hounds (most genre shows do)...and if someone on the crew is willing to leak information.. it's very tough to weed them out.

It could be both of course, she could be in the full series but only actively in half of them as a running around stroppy type that she is. And as a construct or computer virus in the last half. I would appreciate it greatly if she was reduced to ORAC or something similar, then only her whining voice is required.
