Need help finding these trainers...
I saw a pair of trainers I really like in a magazine and I can't remember where they were from. The magazine was Fabulous (the free one that comes with The Sun on Sunday
) if that helps. They're pink with some holographic material on them and they were around £30. They're from a physical shop but definitely not from New Look, Matalan, Peacocks or Store 21 as they're the only clothes shops in my hometown and I knew I would have to buy them online. I've tried River Island (I was so sure they were from there), Topshop, Warehouse and Miss Selfridge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say Primark but £30 seems a little pricey.
Maybe they're in one of the Debenhams bits? |

If you can get a similar picture or a identical one I may be able to help you. Does it have a logo? Like Nike or Puma?

I tried looking on the sun website to see if there was an online version of the mag or something but you have to be a subscriber.
Can you describe them a little better? Are they sporty trainers or more casual like coverse/vans style? What's the holographic bits like? How pink was the pink. |

The annoying thing is I ripped the picture, with the shop name underneath, out of the magazine. But I'm having my bedroom redecorated and most of my things are in the loft so it's probably in there somewhere. From what I can remember: They are a reddish pink, leaning towards salmon. The holographic parts were a similar shade of pink. Shape-wise they are a bit like these: http://www.asos.com/Converse/Convers...164&gridsize=3 And the holographic parts were in a similar position to the patterned park of these: http://www.asos.com/Nike/Nike-Air-Ma...ecently+Viewed My friend Tweeted the magazine for me but they haven't replied. |

What issue was it?
Sometimes stuff you see in a magazine may not be in store at the time, so the stores that you live local too may have them. The only one I doubt would have it is New Look as they don`t really sell shoes like that. |

If it was last week's Fabulous magazine, I think you are right about them being from River Island.
I've just checked it but they don't match your description exactly, as they don't have any pink in them. I could scan and upload the page, if that would help. |

I think it was the first or second magazine of this year.
I'm guessing they're not available yet because I've tried every shop I can think of. I don't think they're the ones Nona as these were definitely pink but a scan would be great just in case, if it's no trouble. |

Ah no, sadly those are not the ones. Thank you though.
They were featured on about the fourth page, a feature called the Lust List or something.

You could try emailing the fashion ed. Send a link to this thread so they can see you've exhausted all lines of enquiry and maybe they'll be kind enough to check.

She sent me this pic from Cosmo today and asked me if it was them. They are very similar but obviously it's not them as they're £65. The pair I'm after don't have the peachy colour but the other colours look very similar. As that pair are similar and £65 I'm guessing the pair I want are not from River Island.

You need someone with a sun membership to access this page for you http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...Lust-List.html
Perhaps post in General (for traffic) and see if anyone has a subscription and will look for the trainers for you? |

BUT They are the same pair from Cosmo, which has them as £65!! ![]() ![]() Here's the pic: http://i.imgur.com/VsFWQpd.jpg My friend said she'll Tweet River Island (I don't have Twitter) to ask them which price is correct, but I think I can guess which one it'll be. ![]() But still, mystery over lol. Thanks everyone for your help.

Save £10 a week and in four weeks you can order them with change for a white wine spritzer left over!

Saw these on the RI website and wondered if those were the ones. Looking around like headless chicken when they hadn`t even been released yet.
