Seems to be spreading her wings, I guess her time with the Sant Andreu Jazz Band (for students seven to twenty) may be coming to an end?

I was wondering what happened to them when they got too old for the youth band......

The more bands the merrier I reckon........I love this music !

I don't think Eva has quite got the star quality of Andrea......and Andrea already is getting her own top billing whilst still with the band

I expect all the 'teachers' will carry on playing with Andrea when she eventually flies the nest

I was impressed with Jose Luis Gaul on the Rhodes piano. Very understated, but an excellent solo. Also, the way David Pastor on trumpet, "filled in the gaps" in the tune as Eva sang the last chorus, an "old fashioned modern jazz" technique.

Eva showed she can "scat sing.," she has a great vocal range.
When you're taught to sight read music you learn your chords, so you can improvise singing or playing with "the right notes" with every chord.

I must say Eva's voice is mesmerising. The more I listen the more enthralled I become.

"She's growing up fast."

I was impressed with her improvisations with her alto playing on "Georgia."

that Spanish accent is so damn sexy !.........

I see the band have done a few bossa nova songs but I can't find that they've ever done 'Girl From Ipanema' which would sound great in a sexy Spanish accent

I think the one with the sexiest voice is Rita Payes, who might be fifteen now. Which is a bit embarrassing, as she doesn't even look her age.

Can't find Girl From Ipanema.

But here's Andrea Motis three years ago and Desafinado. But that doesn't sound that sexy. Nor should it, as she was about sixteen then.
