I have just received my first Homechoice bill and found out I have been charged for a football subscription I have never chosen!
I have called them twice and they insisted I must have put in the PIN number and watched it.
No point explaining that I hate football and I would never choose to watch a football match.
After spending 20 minutes on the phone I convinced the lady to run an investigation. She said it'll take about 7 days and it will determine whether I have watched the program or not.
I think this is ridiculos.
Does anybody else had a similar experience? How did it end? Can it be a problem with the box? And what can I do not to be charged for program I haven't ordered?

i told they i will pay my large outstanding balance over 3 months and they had no problem with this either.
