Not in America. Black, brown and white. Although a lot of people are mixed so it's less and less a defining thing. Well in some states anyway, like mine.

Hispanic is usually people from Cuba and Puerto Rico and the Dominican. Latino is usually people from South American countries. They are both used generically though, meaning not necessarily from here or there.

Not exactly see above. Maybe you see them in black or white but they see themselves as brown. Do you know any Cubans or Puerto Ricans?
