Lets face it often it's about who's walking around half naked , rather than the fact that they are half naked.
For example if some hunk is walking around half naked you don't usually see many complaints. Also people usually only complain more when the person already has a "rep" example glamour models.

True i agree. But mind you being fair , i do remember ole David obviously looked good , but remember many women did slag him on here. Saying hes to big and stuff. But I can think of other hunky guys over the years of BB where no one really complained they went around half naked a lot.

Cami and Calum seem to be a pretty good example of the differing reactions to fairly similar stuff.

Thats not the point. Dale now comes to mind he sat half naked on eviction nights. No idea what BB that was maybe BB 8 or 9.
Not many people are denying some of the other stuff Perez has done was gross. But the half naked part of this discussion is a different point though.

I don't remember Dale sitting in tight spandex underpants on eviction nights. Anyway, I do get the point of the discussion and yes, I've seen lots of nasty comments about Cami and her mode of dress, and Chloe before that, usually likening them to 'sluts', 'slags', and 'tarts'. There's some pretty closed-minded people who automatically assume a young woman who proudly shows her body in flimsy clothing is morally subversive! Whereas a man is somehow just 'so funny' - or 'eye candy'. I never see the dark association between a man's nakedness and sexual promiscuity that I see applied to young women.

That's not true. It wasn't the window in front of a room full of women. It was in the garden but not a window that faced the bedroom where the women were. You're trying to make it sound sinister which it entirely wasn't. It may be gross or unacceptable to some though it is clearly outright hilarious to others BUT I don't see how it can realistically be used in the debate as to whether young women get a worse time than men when they wear next to nothing.
It has to be like with like. If a woman stripped for a laugh then I'm sure the result would be the same as Perez. Some would be horrified and disgusted and some would find the joke and laugh.
However if females just naturally wear little like men a la Calum and Cami then we can more realistically and justifiably compare reactions.

Also Anthony barely got dressed while he was on BB neither did Stuart. Proudly or not people with a "rep" do get more stick , whether that's right or wrong is a matter of opinion.
If someone does a specific job for a living glamour model for instance , and that housemate is often seen prancing around half naked. People will inevitably link the two together. And think in negative ways about it all.

i think when people are trying to be or are models the prancing round in bikinis by girls and pants a la David M can be perceived as trawling for a shoot in the daily star.....
