I'm certain the voice talking to Alicia was Julie Burchill. Her voice is pretty unique. Hope it was, I'd love to see her in there =)

The new girly BB voice is one of the most alarming things that's happened this series. It's pretty much the complete opposite of what you'd expect a BB to sound like!
