She's lovely. As someone said in the Keith thread' though, decent people are dismissed as 'boring' by many modern bb viewers, as kh's popularity would seem to suggest.

I'm hoping she ends up in the final. I reckon her and Keith could be the final two.

I like her a lot too. I don't think she's playing the victim, she doesn't get too much airtime to be any kind of victim. I guess big brother was harder than she thought.

I like her too, although she's disappointed me a bit - not with her lack of getting involved in arguments, I admire that - but her seeming lack of ability to stand up for herself. She seems unable to formulate a sentence, for example when attempting to tell Perez her thoughts (and at other times), she seems to get so flustered. I hadn't imagined she'd be so sensitive or wimpy.

However, the impression I get is that she's probably had a lot of conflict in her life and that she's made the decision that it's best for her state of mind to avoid conflict, and I can understand that completely.

I don't think she's boring, just overshadowed by all that's gone on in that madhouse. In a different house, with different people, I feel she'd have opened up more.

I do recall talking about her on a thread, before BB started, saying I had her down as the type who would NOT go in there and start banging on about he exes or dishing the dirt, and I am happy to see I was right.

I love that about her too. Even in her autobiography (which was a v good read) she was very kindly disposed about all her exes. Nice lady...don't think she should have gone into the BB house though.

No, it's obviously not a place for her, although obviously needing the money is a big impetus and I can understand that one

Compare Patsy's conduct with 'Pricey' - she has not revealed details of her relationships and sexual conquests, not slagged anyone off and has managed to rise above the odious Hopkins who clearly cannot understand plain English. Patsy has some dignity which is sadly lacking in most of the other housemates.

I would love Patsy to win but fear that a lot of viewers will want a louder character.

Patsy may be nice but what would we do if we had a houseful of HM's like Patsy... imo she has done nothing to earn her pay cheque....

When Cami-Li was slagging off Alicia and saying disgusting things about her, Patsy was quite happy to laugh along like a sheep. I also find Patsy rather moody. Not massively keen on her, to be honest. I do like her friendship with Nadia though, just wish we'd see more of it.

Are you saying that as Patsy hasn't ranted at anyone, stuck cheese up her nose, humped a chair, talked endlessly about her sex life or huffed about hurling insults at her fellow housemates that she has failed in someway?

I really don't understand this logic.

Quite a sad lady and emblematic of all that is wrong with our celebrity culture. She obviously hates the invasion of her privacy that reality tv involves and, commendably, wants to protect her children and behave with dignity and yet is doing this 'for the money'. It's years now since she split with the high earning fathers of her sons and presumably, once they are adults, the financial support she can get from Kerr and Gallagher will dwindle and yet she doesn't seem to have any idea how to earn her way other than by selling herself a a Zeleb victim.

A bit unfair, she was on Emmerdale for 2 years and Holby City for 4 along with various roles prior to that in various films. Considering she's not the best actress in the world she's done okay in fits and starts.

True but she left both jobs because of the 'long hours' and in the case of Emmerdale having to commute. I get the distinct impression she's not got the greatest work ethic.

Patsy is an actress not a talentless celeb. She has a career away from reality TV.
To say that she is just relying on men to support her is complete rubbish.

What is her career away from Reality tv (and her autobiography)? As far as I am aware Patsy hasn't earned her living from acting for five years (since she left Holby). Unfortunately, for the less than super talented actresses, parts dry up when they age and Patsy has always been a very average actress with exceptional beauty. I don't deny that is difficult for her but if she despises it so much why take this route?

I guess that like everyone else in the house she is trying to raise her profile and get a good paycheck for a few weeks work.

I would also guess that her long term aim is to find more work as an actress rather than as a zeleb.

Like many talentless celebrities she seems to have a bottomless sense of entitlement.

She seems to think that we should be grateful she has turned up to collect her cheque.

Sorry to say I think you are one of the few that didn't get the logic. I do like nice people but imho even nice people should earn their pay cheque.

I've known she is one month older than me since I was 9, I've followed her career, I'd like to see more of her
