So I seem to have got on to BT Wifi out and about using my iPad and connecting via the splash page with my BT ID and password (then installing the app). But when I go to do it on my iPhone 6 Plus it doesn't seem to recognise my log in details. Why is this? Is it restricted to one device?

Long shot but the login email is case sensitive could try A or a for the first letter what ever that may be
