Nadia isn't the worst one in there but she certainly seems to have a plethora of faults that some seem more than happy to totally overlook/ excuse.
I can't say I'm hugely surprised. For some, I suspect a free set of blinkers were handed out in the 'Nadia's a saint' fan club membership pack.”
Well-said
I really wanted to like her and did do before she went in there, but just like Carol McGiffin before her - I find that I can't stand her now.
Rather than going in there and trying to enjoy her experience (which credit to her - at least the McGiff seemed to do that) she's decided that it's her role in there to mind everyone........and their business.
'Having a friendly word' isn't enough for Nadia. Oh no. She feels the need to tell people over and over again what she thinks they should (or shouldn't) be doing.
'Just go to bed now Kav' 'Kav - just go to bed' 'Bed now Kav' I mean ffs - how old is he?
If he wants to make a complete drunken arse of himself on national telly - isn't that up to him? Where are we supposed to get our jollies from with her hoovering-up all the fun (or potential for it) with her disapproving presence?
I thought she'd be sensible and measured but discovered that she's the kind of idiot who'd call the police over nonsense.
I thought she'd be able to rise above Katie Gobshite's old bollocks but find that her entire existence has become defined by her 'stance' against the Trollish One and all it's doing is making her (Nadia) look old and haggard.
Another thing she has in common with Carol McGiffin, IMO, is that she will watch herself back with a mixture of embarrassment and horror.
