Do you think Hopkins 'has' to win at any cost?

I'm just thinking about her getting to the final 2 of Alan Sugar's The Apprentice....and then leaving....

Just wondering, since witnessing her behaviour in the house, whether she has to be right, has to win....otherwise she can't hack it.....especially since there's an element of her 'having' to get her man in relationships, whether he's married or not....and also an element of being let down with her originally chosen career

In a magazine interview.....

"I suppose I was one of those girls that was just fine." Her parents were strict about exams and homework, but didn't need to be, because "I wasn't going to come second."

I think it would horrify her to win. Her 'most hated' shtick that is her raison d^etre and the reason she was given a column in the UK's most godawful newspaper.

If she were to win, it would mean that she is liked and admired and that wouldn't do her career any good.

I disagree. She wants to win alright. She would revel in the fact that she has fooled a shed load of what she would think of as thick chavs into voting for her, even though she probably despises the average BB watcher as much as she despises Sun readers.

It would help fuel her self delusion that she is much more clever than most of the general public....and then off into politics as a UKIP candidate she would go, safe in the knowledge that she can fool a lot of the people for quite a long time.

I wonder when those concerned will realise what she is doing.
Seemingly she has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents), and loves to denigrate others she perceives as 'below' her or perhaps exhibit what she feels are weaknesses..

She definitely seems to 'have' to have the upper hand

The key question on this forum is looking to be do we think that the winner is rigged!? (Check out some related threads on this).
