You are missing my point. The only reason some people are even moaning about Katie Price is because the government says there isn't enough money in the country.

I agree with that carers have never been given enough If the law changes then great , but as it stands all are equal when it comes to health care for that I am pleased even the very rich would find it hard to keep up with the health coasts thy could encounter

Katie P does not use the transport Harvey does. He is a child and entitled to any service the NHS offers to support someone with his conditions. Katie H was completely out of order. I am damn sure that if her children were sick, she would take them to a GP, phone an ambulance and use an NHS hospital. I am also sure that she uses many other Gov't/LA funded services. Harvey's condition is complex and he needs a specialised care package. Like any other child in his situation, he is entitled to have that provided.

Excuse me, it is Harvey who is getting the help with his transport etc. It is his entitlement as written in law as said on another thread.

If you had a child who had the same condition as Harveys that child would be entitled to the same support.

You having savings when you lost your job is irrelevant. If Katie Price were to try and claim unemployment benefits she would get nothing either.

Then what's the point in wealthy people paying taxes if they don't get the same benefits from it that everyone else does? How is that fair?

I disagree with Katie H on this. It's the same with child benefit. My son earns well, as does his wife. They pay a lot in taxes so are entitled to child benefit, but this government has taken it from them. It shouldn't be means tested.

I'm pretty sure Katie Price would rather her son wasn't suffering from multiple disabilities and didn't require special schooling and constant medical supervision. I find the likes of Katie Hopkins, who envy the 'benefits' of being disabled, rather twisted individuals. Hopkins is such an admirer of strength one can't help but wonder if she would have been a supporter of eugenics in another era.

Her fee for this stint on Big Brother alone is reported to be half a million pounds........

Maybe so but she has to claim it, I assume she doesn't get it automatically. It just doesn't sit right with me.

The whole ethos of the NHS is that is free and available for everyone and I have no problem with KP using the service for her son.
After all our Prime Minister claimed DLA for his disabled son and used the NHS frequently for his sick child.

To be honest KP has said a lot about her exes too and its been denied. She rarely talks about Peter Andre though since he silenced her via his lawyers. Dwight Yorke had battles with her too when she was younger with things she accused him of. KP is very very media savvy, I don't dislike the woman at all but she knows how to act with the media. That's one reason she isn't drinking in there or getting involved in the dramas. KP will write a book when she comes out on her experience (or her Ghost Writers will) am sure

KP is paying her taxes her son will also have been assessed as to his needs. I would never want means testing for children that would be horrendous.

Transport and any disability funding for Harvey is nothing to do with the money katie earns, my son is entitled to disability allowance due to His disability it is in my name until he turns 16 and doesn't make a difference to what I earn as it is his entitlement not mine exactly the same as katie receiving state funded transport for Harvey she isn't getting a free ride to work!
