Private or NHS

Being of considerable wealth do you think that Katie Hopkins has gone private and pays for her epilepsy treatment/medication, or was her statement about Katie Price's wealth and expectation that she should pay for her sons treatment privately 'because she can afford to' just more BS and hypocrisy?

David Cameron had a severely disabled Son and he relied on the NHS and he's loaded. If it's good enough for him etc. His point was our health service is as good as any in the world.

KH was NOT talking about the NHS or treatment. She discussing the private driver and private nurse that take her son to and from to school. This is a benefit/allowance paid for by the DWP and nothing to do with the NHS.

And he claimed some sort of disability benefit/s for him, apparently.

OK so on that correction regarding Katie Hopkins statement that the state should not be contributing to Katie Price's sons health and wellbeing whether it be in part or whole, do you think that Katie Hopkins relies on state assistance for the medication and treatment of her epilepsy?

I imagine that Katie H goes private for everything. happily hogging all the time of the doctors who are employed by the NHS and do private work on the side in the time they could be seeing more NHS patients. Probably the older and more experienced doctors whose medical training was provided free and paid for by taxpayers.

I doubt she's even that sincere TBH. I'd bet my next months wages that she gets plenty assistance.

Na, I think that basically she's a snob and will see getting private healthcare as evidence that she deserves better than everyone else and will happily pay up so she can flaunt her superiority.

She's just Hyacinth Bucket underneath that bad blonde wig really

She did not say that the state should not be contributing. She said If people have the money (like K Price with her millions) shouldn't they be paying rather than claiming from the state (I expect by consequence the state would have more to give to those without).

Fair question and an opinion but katie Price can do what she likes with her millions. If she is entitled to claim something for free, then it is her choice. She can listen to Hopkins opinion but can equally dismiss and ignore it.

If K Hopkins goes privately then she is saving the NHS a money. This is a good thing??
