Anyone with basic knowledge of how data is stored on their phone can vote as many times as they want. Maybe 30 votes per minute...

IMO loss of revenue is the only way the producers are going to take notice of what the public think and want.

It's a load of bull anyway ,as the Producers will close the vote as soon as they get the answer they want so it doesn't really matter how many times people vote

256 votes from the same IP address could well get filtered down to a single valid vote.

Nope it is done using a GUID which is saved locally. Delete and restart. The app will respawn a new GUID and you can vote again. But honestly you'd have to be quite sad to do it.

As I understand it, it's per device but I don't think they put in place a way to read a phones identity so multi votes wouldn't be included, so with a little magic you can vote it seems multiple times,

Same with not accepting cookies and having a g15 keyboard automate a mouse click so you can upvote or downvote posts, which obviously I would never do.
